Q: What is the Return Policy?

A: We accept returns on products with only the Napoleon or Continental logo. All merchandise with a customer logo added is final sale. To process any returns, please contact hello@goodthingspromo.com. 

 

Q: Can I return something that does not fit?

A: We highly recommend you refer to the Apparel sizing charts before you order. Please contact hello@goodthingspromo.com to request a return for incorrect sizing.

 

Q: Can I make changes to an order that I already placed?

A: You will receive an Approval Required email from hello@goodthingspromo.com to review and approve your order. You can request changes to your order at this time, before you submit your final approval. Once an order is approved, it can no longer be changed. 

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All orders will ship out within 2 weeks from the date you received an order confirmation to your email.  

 

Q: What are the shipping options?

A: All orders are shipped out with Standard Ground Shipping at no additional charge. Delivery via courier will vary depending on shipping address.

Rush/Priority shipping is available at an extra cost. Please contact hello@goodthingspromo.com for shipping options.

 

Q: Do I need an account to complete an order?

A: Yes, you must have an account setup to purchase any merchandise from the website. Please visit the Sign In page in the top right corner to create an account. 

 

Q: Can I use Marketing Co-op Dollars towards my Apparel orders?

A: Invoices from Good Things can be submitted to napoleon@360insights.com for 50% credit of your purchase before taxes to your customer account.

Ability to use Marketing Co-op Dollars directly from the Apparel website will be available in Q1 2024. More details to be released late in 2023.
